8. TURKEY BREAST
Chicken breast is good to eat when you want a protein food and for losing weight. But when chicken and turkey are compared, as for shedding off excess pounds, turkey was found to a better alternative. For one, a 3-ounce serving of turkey breast meat is only 88 calories and that is 70% protein.
According to a health website, turkey breast serving has 26 grams protein compared to the chicken, which only has 16 grams. The more protein you have, the better chances you are in when burning fat.
Suggestion: NEVER EAT CHICKEN OR TURKEY SKIN. That’s it caps lock people. Anyway, season your turkey breast with pepper, a bit of salt (sea salt is good) and some orange juice. Throw it inside the oven and wait for it to cook. Remember the 3 ounce per serving rule.
