These seeds will magically grow on water like poof! It doesn’t have a particular taste but it just makes you so full, you won’t have the tummy space to eat cake, brownies or candies. With that said, chia seeds are ideal for people who want to lose weight.

Suggestions: Make freezer breakfasts using chia seeds. Use half a cup of low fat milk with 2 to 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. Mix it together and store in a mason jar, overnight in freezer. Add your favorite fruit the next day, preferably berries.
