5. Raw Honey
So, we read on the label when we are buying a bottle of honey and it says – Raw Honey, All-Natural, Sugar-Free. Yeah, right – raw honey. Well, that is just a marketing strategy to get you to buy the pasteurized honey.
But wait, why is raw honey dangerous to consume? Well, it has grayanotoxin and it can make a person super dizzy and excessive vomiting is also a sign of unpasteurized honey poisoning. It will last for at least 24 hours in your system so don’t you dare try the real “raw honey”. Make sure that the honey you eat has undergone a pasteurization process so that the grayanotoxin will be eliminated.
