HIIT – Sprint Interval Workout
Professional Athlete Level will have to do a sprint of 89 yards in 10 seconds. This sprint level is required to repeat the move at least ten times. The max out is at 20 times. You can rest after each sprint for as long as 50 seconds but a 30-second rest is enough.
For the Average Level, you are to perform a sprint at 73 yards in 10 seconds. You also have to finish 10 to 20 laps all in all with a 30 to 50 second rest in between laps.
