You need to these exercises one after the other without break (if you can, otherwise, you can only rest for 10 seconds after each movement and then get at it again). It must be completed four times and at the end, after the burpees are done, you can rest for a full minute.

1. 30 seconds of Pull Ups

(In proper form only. It doesn’t matter how many pull ups you can do in thirty seconds as long as you execute the exercise correctly. Check this for proper form.)

2. 60 counts of Jumping Jacks

3. 20 counts of Burpees

4. One minute recovery
