If you have been working out for a while, do the elite athlete skill level. But if you are just a beginner or within that level, then, you must perform the basic level athlete skill level only.

How to do it:

Elite Athlete Skill Level (in yards)

Increasing at 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, then,
Decreasing from 140, 130, 120, 110, 100, 90, 80, 70, 60, 50, and 40.

Basic Athlete Skill Level (in yards)

20, 20, 30, 30, 40, 40, 50, 50 and then,
Decreasing 40, 40, 30, 30, 20, and 20.
