Hmm… Not necessarily. Yogis are just people and people are not perfect. They can get mad, blow up and lose their minds. That’s what makes them people. Yes, yoga can provide peace of mind but it’s impossible to have peace of mind 24/7 and 365 days a year. Yogis can process both good and bad feelings. Yogis can react badly at times, as well.
