Calm yourself mentally.
Dina Proctor, another self-help author, says that you do not really have a “hectic schedule”. She argues that you can really help yourself and meditate every day. Now, meditation sessions doesn’t need to be long. You just take a minute to calm yourself, pause if you will, and mentally organize. Proctor recommends that you do all these for 3 minutes at 3 times a day to achieve maximum effect. You’ll be amazed at how better you can perform after you calm yourself.
