Write down all the negative thoughts in a journal.
In the morning, take time to write everything that gets you angry, mad, sad, frustrated or enraged in a journal or a notebook. Having a way to release stress this early in the morning can help you start the day with positivity. If you don’t, the negative feeling will roll itself like a snowball and you’ll be surprised at how big it can become. Don’t bring the notebook around with you. You wrote it down to forget what is written on it and not be reminded every time. This was suggested by Jaime Pffefer, an author of a self-help book.
