Keep a Sleep Diary
Start looking for repetitions in your sleep pattern. What made you snore that way? You will have to work with someone who sleeps near you. Let them notice what position made you snore loudly, and what did not. This includes the nights where you did not snore. Make a record about it and start seeing where snoring attacks you. Add the details of what you ate or drank before you slept as they contribute to snoring, too.
