7. Croutons


Another food to watch out for when eating your green salad is croutons. You cannot load on that. Nutritionists will tell you that croutons are full of carbohydrates, sodium and flavoring. It is not healthy at all. If you want the “crunch”, it would be much better to eat kale chips. There are so good. You just have to try it for yourself. And yes, watch out for the serving portion.
