5. Iceberg Lettuce
This is on the list because it’s not the most nutritious lettuce of all. In fact, Iceberg lettuce is more like filler and it is all water. If you want the most nutritive lettuce, then, choose the romaine or the green leafy ones. You can also very well benefit from Chinese cabbage and kale. They are called super foods and these veggies are very low in calories too.
