Berries and Crackers
Another great snack to bring in the office or even at school is the Berries and Crackers combo. If you are going to eat some crackers, then, you have to pair it with fruits like those in the “berry” group. You can snack on blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. These are the healthiest fruits in the entire world – rich in antioxidants that can ward off cancer-causing free radicals.

But you also need to eat carbs, protein and some fat. And so, you spread ricotta on your whole wheat crackers. Then, put your choice of berries on top of that and seal the deal with a bit of honey.
