Coffee is a staple in your day to day diet. There is nothing wrong with coffee in fact; it even has anti-aging properties that can be beneficial for your skin. The problem with coffee lies with what you put in it. Cream, especially the powdered coffee creamer, is all preservatives. And what do preservatives provide for your body? Loads of trans-fat!
We don’t want trans-fat because it can promote cardiovascular diseases. If you love yourself, just take that coffee jar and leave the creamer on the grocery aisle.
