3. Office workout routines are the best

Some say that it’s difficult to work out in the office. That is so wrong! You won’t be able to do a gym-worthy workout routine in your cubicle but there are other ways to exercise while on your desk.

Do you have hand weights or small dumbbells? You can do an exercise break at least 5 times for the entire work day. It doesn’t take long to perform your routine – say while reading a report, you can use your weights and pump those biceps for a minute or two. You can also sit on the exercise ball while working out your abs. You just need 10-20 minutes on the ball and it’s done!
