1. Office lights must be conducive to work
It was reported by Northwestern University in one of their studies in 2013 that if you are in a window office and receive natural sun light daily, then, you will get a good night’s sleep and you tend to be more physically active. Your stress levels will be managed well if you are in a naturally well-lighted work space.
If you can’t find a window office or cubicle, then, go for the second best option – office lights. A desk lamp which you can manually click to turn on and turn off is a perfect. It helps decrease eye stress. Also, if you are into analyzing, then, bluish light is better. If you are into socializing, then, warmer bulb tones are suggested.
