5. Eat away from your workstation

This is another reason for you to stand up and leave the office chair for a few minutes. You have to eat away from your desk and resist the urge to eat while working. You need a break and if possible, your mind needs to recharge even for a short amount of time. Go out and meet with friend for lunch or socialize with your colleagues. This is the healthy way to enjoy your day at work.

Remember that if you eat on your desk while surfing the net, you may tend to overeat. This is not a healthy habit. Also, the crumbs from your food will definitely go to the computer keyboard. That’s unsanitary. So, choose the other option – get out of the office for lunch, ok?
