Eat the Good Carbs
You need carbohydrates for energy and proper muscle function. Carbohydrates act as the fue;l you will need it to do your work and pretty much everything for the day. Without carbs, protein will be used for energy instead of building muscles. As such, you should consume foods that have minimally processed carbs. These include vegetables, quinoa, and steel cut oats – whole grains, to be exact.
