Does “body cleansing” work?
There is nothing wrong with “cleansing or detox programs”. But, if you are going to use that to lose weight, just don’t. It will not be the same as eating right and exercising as for a permanent solution. Cleansing has its advantages but one of its disadvantages is that it can mess up your metabolism. You don’t want that because your metabolism, if functioning properly, will help you lose weight naturally.
