The “No Pain, No Gain” saying applies here. If you do the recommended workout and eat the right kind of foods, results will definitely be seen after 3 weeks. Your fairy godmother won’t flip her wand and say voila! You’re ripped! That’s not the case here. Hard work, focus, perseverance and discipline are the “tips” you need. As for shortcuts, there is no such thing as shortcut when trying to lose weight and wanting to keep it off. You will just have to pass through all the hardships and sacrifices in order to get that summer body for long term.
