A great workout routine consisting of cardio and strength training can go a long way even if it is just 20 minutes a day. Let’s be real – some people spend “hours” in the gym and yet, there is no visible sign of improvement. Why is that? That’s because they are doing it all wrong – wrong exercises, too much rest, too much flirting with the trainer or other people working out, too much wasting time, etc…

It’s not that you only need 20 minutes a day to sculpt your body. If you are busy for the day and just want to work out because you are committed, 20 minutes is enough. It will go a very long way if the program is correct. But, just to be clear – in a day, your body can function in its optimum for 40 minutes of exercise. That would be the ideal workout program time, assuming it will be all about combination exercises. HIIT, even!
