Another way to develop your arms without having to use weights is by performing the Swan Push Up. This is a very difficult move to perform and beginners may not feel comfortable doing it for the first time. Well, practice can build up the performance of the move and soon, it will get better.

Go down and position yourself like you would when doing the regular push up. Move your arms away from the body as far as you can go before going down and up to do the push. Those who are used to exercise will work it for at most ten counts. If you can do it, then, good for you! Continue pumping for 2 to 3 sets.
