Arm Exercise #3 – Crab Dips
The traditional dip workout requires you to use a bench or an elevated area in order to do it well. As for the crab dips, it is not needed. Picture out how a crab walks. That is basically how you will perform the crap dip except that you will stay in one place.
If you can perform two sets, then, you’re the man. But it is really hard to do. One set of this exercise is a good try, though. Finish at least 10 counts per set.
