Put your hands on the floor with your fingers facing away from you. Do a squat position after that and form a 90-degree angle. Lift your body up by putting the weight on the balls of your feet and lean forward. Your thighs must be on the top of your elbows and slowly lift up your feet. Stay in that position for 10 counts.
