Arm Exercise # 5 – Downward Dog Push Up
And so we are back to yoga poses and movements again. Yoga can really tone the whole body which includes the arms and one of the exercises that can do just that is the downward dog push up.
First, you have to do the downward dog position. Slowly fold your waist and reach your hands to your toes. Place your hands on the ground and slide your legs back to do the downward dog position. The shape of your whole body must form a triangle. From that form, go down and do a push up.
