Keep your goals reachable.
A trainor and co-founder of Exhale, Fred DeVito, say that you have to keep your goals as simple as possible. Don’t set goals that will make it hard for you to even motivate yourself. You should set a goal that has a believable rate of success.
In this way, you can expect changes that will last for longer. Doing things for a very short time can also be temporary. You have to think of how you want to live your life from now with the future in mind. If you do not want to risk not eating at all, then, don’t set a very low-calorie diet. It is better to go slow and sure than blazing fast but short-term.
