Adjust how you eat.
DeVito says that exercise is very important. However, the results will vary greatly with the way you eat. You have to adjust your eating habits so that your exercise will eventually burn off more calories. It may be more than you take in or less than your calorie allotment for the day.
If you eat more than you should, you are just burning off the excess calories but not really shaving off the fat. Make sure you keep track of the calories you take in. Eat a bite less than your calorie allotment for the day and you’re sure to melt all that extra fat eventually.
