Do not mind the scale.
You should understand that not everything is as at it seems. The scale does not lie but you may be interpreting the idea in a wrong perspective. You have to understand that the scale presents the total body mass. If you work out and do it intensively, you gain more muscle. When you gain muscle, you burn calories and lose fat. However, muscles weigh more than fat does because it is denser. As such, this makes the weighing scale register more.
If misinterpreted, this can say that you do not lose weight but that is not true. Remember, fat is not equal to weight. Keeping this in mind shall make you boost your self-confidence. Don’t fret when you see the registers going high. They just mean you’ve been making muscle; that is if you are exercising and eating right.
