Don’t lose hope.
If you feel bad about yourself for hitting the next fast food chain, take into consideration that you are human. Humans need break from time to time. Do not be too hard on yourself and give up. Remember that getting fit is a continuous process – it never ends after you have reached your target. You can stand up once you fall down. This means you should never feel bad if you don’t reach your goal, if you did not register less weight this week, or if the people around you don’t support what you do.
This is a matter with yourself and you’ll have to make it count. Don’t underestimate your will power and do everything you can to achieve your goals. You are the master of your own body. Don’t give up, no matter what.
