Beware of gluten-free fast foods.
Some fast food restaurants try their best to offer gluten-free products because let’s face it, there are at least 2 American adults out of 10 that look for and eat gluten-free food. So, these restaurants offer gluten-free crust on their pizza, just an example.
Well, the problem is that the gluten-free crust was prepared together with the ingredients that contain gluten in them. If the gluten-free crust was to be contaminated by gluten-rich products, then, all is in vain. It means that not all gluten-free foods in a gluten-rich restaurant are safe to eat.
