Assuming you are working out, you just have to add a few more exercise moves so that you will trim down on the beer belly part. What you need is for your metabolism to move faster and by exercising, you will achieve that. Just add a little bit extra to compensate for the fattened tummy.
Aside from your regular workout, you can perform a 10-minute mini-workout to jumpstart your metabolism. You can do kettlebell swings or perform some burpees. This will condition your body and improve the way you work out.
