Incline Dumbbell Curl
Pull up an adjustable bench and form it in a 45-degree angle.
Your arms must be relaxed and hanging down as you sit and rest your back at the inclined bench.
Pick up your dumbbells and as you curl it up to your shoulder, your arms must be clipped to the sides of your body.
Then, put it back down.
(If your elbows are swinging as you move, this will pose injuries for you – so, don’t do it that way.)
