This is the most common bicep exercise and perhaps the easiest to do if you perform the traditional exercise.
You have to do this work out while standing up.
Bend down to pick up the barbell but keep your knees bent as you lift the barbell.
Your palms must face the opposite direction as your carry the barbell.
Hang it on your thighs and clip your elbows as you pull the barbell up.
Return to starting position after the lift.
