EZ Bar Reverse Curl
Did you see that W-shaped barbell in the gym? That’s the EZ Bar.
It is best used if you are going to do reverse curls.
Grab the EZ bar on its pronated grip and lift it up until your forearms are vertical.
It may seem awkward at first but this is one of the best exercises to perform for your forearms and outer biceps.
