Have heard of these excuses before? I am 100% sure that you have and it is the same reason over and over again – I DON’T HAVE THE TIME. Well, that’s just bull crap! Anybody can find time to exercise and work out if you really want to. If there’s a will, there’s always a way. You just have to manage your time properly and spend a few minutes to exercise your body.

But what if you can’t get out of the office since you’re working 10 to 12 hours straight, assuming this is true and correct. Then, you can work out in the office. How is that possible? And I need gym things like dumbbells, benches and such. Oh please, be simple, mate! You can work out inside your office cubicle by just using your desk chair. It can be done!

All you need is ten minutes a day to revive yourself midday. That’s what exercise can do for your mind. Add 10 more minutes to that and you will find your waist getting slimmer. It is easy; actually, all you have to do is commit. They call it the WORKPLACE WORKOUT. You may be working “nonstop”, you say, but there is lunch break, right? And how about afternoon tea or coffee time? Hmmm… Enough with your excuses and get on to the real exercise business.
