Sleep time is not a priority for you.
If you are on the road to healthy living, this means you need to work out, eat healthy and of course, rest a certain number of hours during night time, most especially. You cannot expect your body to “heal” after working out if you don’t sleep at least 8 hours at night. The healing term means your muscles will become dense as already explained. So, you need to sleep while your body repairs the muscle micro-tears and then, tone it. That’s how it is being done.
