When coming in for work, you have to choose the stairs. This can easily burn more calories for you early in the day than if you were to go riding in the elevator. You should also set an alarm that goes off every hour to remind you that you’ll need your hourly does of stair exercise. Even if you do it for just a minute, McMaster University did a study and has proven that these short bursts can make you healthier in the long run. An intense stair climbing session is all you need to make your body move and burn even at the office.
