Get up, walk to their stations, then, talk to them if you need something. You’ll be able to stimulate the brain and get the different parts of your body flowing with this activity. If need be, you can also walk with your officemates as you do your meetings. It is a proven fact since 2014 that people who walk while doing meetings can generate more ideas. This is because as you walk, you can think of more things to do. In addition, if you sit down after a walk, you’ll experience a creativity boost.
