Use lunch time as your exercise time, too.
If you have an hour or even half an hour of lunch at your disposal, use some of the time for exercise. This can help you burn up what you have already eaten for the day. You can also try the stairs again – stair master! If you’re really hungry, you can try walking to and from the office instead of using your car. This way, you can sneak in some cardio and exercise while you enjoy the scenery as you walk about. Jason Debel, a co-founder of Urban Strength recommends seeing every opportunity as one for exercise.
