Move and never stop moving.
Fidgeting can make you burn micro-calories at a time which when added up can lead to massive calorie burning. Researchers from University of Missouri even found out that fidgeting can prevent arterial dysfunction. That dysfunction can lead to different vascular diseases. Move around your workstation and never stop. Move your feet, tap your fingers, bend and extend your legs or bobble your head. A little music can help you do it too. However, if it isn’t allowed, do it in such a way where you won’t look weird.
