Crackers or Toast with Honey
This is not common at all as a hangover cure but whole wheat crackers or bread is a healthier option compared to refined wheat. This is a carbs-rich food but it is not that high to create a spike in your blood sugar levels. This will not cause a stomach ache even with your hangover.
For energy boost, the crackers or toast will have to be topped with honey. When you are feeling a bit better, eat some protein after this small snack.
