Organic food is healthier.
You might have been hooked into believing that organic foods are healthier. A white lie, as far as valid studies say. Stanford University’s Division of General Medical Disciplines looked closely at how nutrition differed in organic and inorganic food back in 2012. The result: Organic food is not much better than inorganic ones. With higher phosphorus levels, organic food does not really claim a win in the nutrient competition. Phosphorus is very prominent in the diet on people so they get enough of it every day.
Previous studies on organic crops were only done to make it look more confusing and hard to understand. The results are very much clouded since there were researchers who wanted organic food to gain. Some were manipulated and some went off on the things needed to be studied.
