Organic milk is better? Think again. People claim that organic milk is much safer and healthier but this is a study that contradicts itself. The British Journal of Nutrition (2016) reported that organic milk has more Omega-3 fatty acids. Up to 50% more. However, this is all fat. So the idea remains that it should only be at 4% of whole milk (which is fat). Not a really significant increase if you would sum it all up.

If you were thinking of getting the lighter versions of milk, you get even less. This should speed up your time spent on groceries. You don’t have to choose which things are really organic as they don’t really present much difference in regards to milk.
