Sugar causes cavities
While eating sugar, certain bacteria react with it and makes acidic. Frankly, sugar does not rot your teeth. No matter how much sugar you take, as long as it is not converted into acid, it cannot rot your teeth to the limits. However, you should watch out for dental plaque. Saliva reacts with the acid and it can soften your teeth. It’s better to take all the sugars in one go than taking sugars slowly for the rest of the day.
