We all know that fast food chains are not healthy restaurants to eat at and this is true. But we love it anyway because something about saturated fat, preservatives, additives and processed foods are just so comforting. So even if it can make you overweight or obese, you will still order that BIG MAC with a side of EXTRA LARGE FRIES, REFILLABLE COKE and some McFLURRY with APPLE PIE. Oh yeah, I know you know what I’m talking about.
But here’s the good news… not all foods from these fatty and yummy places are bad to eat. You just have to choose wisely which food to order and it’s pretty ok. I am not saying you can eat these fast food meals from breakfast to dinner every single day. What I am getting at is that when the time comes that you have to eat “junk”, you can consume the “lesser of two evils” type of junk, if you get what I mean.
