Subway – Subway Club
Subway has this 6 grams of fat or less menu and the Subway Club is on that round up. Don’t get me wrong. This is not the “healthiest” Subway food on that list but at least there is variety. Anyway, being it on the 6 grams of fat or less list, the Subway Club has 4.5 grams of fat only. A whole sandwich consists of 310 calories with 23 grams of protein. The sodium component of the Subway Club is 840 mg (wow!). Well, remember, it is the better alternative.
