Usually, soda has 150 calories. These calories, however, do not contain any nutritional benefit. No minerals, no vitamins, and no nutrients, whatsoever. It may have sodium and potassium but it can never be enough to sustain what the body needs. It can even leave you feeling hungrier and gives you risks of obesity, diabetes and heart problems due to its sugar content. Stay away from this beverage.
