You are in good shape if you perform an intense workout for at least two hours each week
It’s not two hours per day but two hours per week – ok? If you do cardio workout, strengthening exercises or lift weights for a total of 120 minutes in 7 days, then, you can consider yourself partially in shape. Actually, a person only needs to perform an intense workout routine for 20 minutes daily. If you can’t do that, then, you’re just lazy man. You can even perform exercises at the office just so to keep your body healthy.
