Try to touch your toes and we’ll see if you’re fit enough
If you see those yogis (yoga-loving buffs), they are so flexible (and totally fit) that they can reach their toes in whatever position they are in. They can do it while they are standing up – bending from the waist. They can also do it while sitting down, legs parallel to the floor and just reaching out. I mean, wow, they sure are fit!
How about you? What’s it like to reach your toes? Is it effortless? Can you handle it or not? How did your “muscles” react? And if you can reach it, how many seconds can you stay in that position?
