Do the plank move for 60 counts
If you have a powerhouse core and a strong back, you can easily do this move. Actually, the whole body benefits if a person is used to doing the plank exercise. If you can reach count 60 without having to rest or shake your body because of pain, then, you are in good shape. Otherwise, practice some more until you get it right.
If you reach 60 counts, move past it and take the next goal at 120.
